If you\u2019re looking for a quintessential southern photo, you\u2019ll find it at Wormsloe Historic Site.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nWormsloe Historic Site has a paved avenue lined with oak trees covered in Spanish moss. When the sunlight hits the Spanish moss just right you feel as though you\u2019ve stepped into a fairytale.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nThe pathway leads up to a colonial estate. I\u2019ll be honest and admit to you that I didn\u2019t drive up to the estate because we were limited on time.\u00a0 However, we did still pay the required entrance fee of $10 per person to snap photos of the oak tree-lined avenue.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nAdmission is required even if you just want to take photos of the avenue because of the high maintenance cost it requires to keep this area looking as beautiful as it does.<\/span><\/p>\nPopover Tip: Avoid visiting Wormsloe on weekends to minimize the chance of running into larger crowds. Be patient because this is an actual locally used road, and you\u2019ll need to wait for the occasional car to pass before you take your photo. <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
